Givengle explains that Morlock is a renowned mage who never returned after leaving on a journey for a forbidden spell 20 years ago. Amidst his speech, Kisurugi and his accompanying demons attack them. In order to save Ravella the Witch, they have been assassinating high-level adventurers to acquire the artifacts left by a mage who manipulated time. Saitou and the others struggle to fight against them, but adventurers they had met in the labyrinth come to their rescue. As Kisurugi gets cornered, his black-winged fairy friend, Primas, summons a demon god.
