Four young physicians arrive at Shohoku’s Emergency Center to train as flight doctors under the fellowship program: Kosaku Aizawa, Megumi Shiraishi, Mihoko Hiyama, and Kazuo Fujikawa. From their first day, they are thrown into a demanding system where every doctor is expected to keep track of all fifty patients across the ICU, HCU, and general ward.
