Troy the Train is an amazing inventor who once lived in Car City but who is now taking care of Train Town, a sweet place to live as long as you can drive on a railroad. He and his assistant Teddy are making sure all the inhabitants of Train Town are living safe there. As soon as something happens, Teddy helps Troy to transform into a new type of train with special skills who will help him out with the situation.
